I’m Gregory Scott Wall a IT Project Management Professional from San Diego, CA with a storied history in technology and training. I have a few passions in life such as traveling with friends/family, riding roller coasters, attending concerts, home improvement projects, interacting with new technologies, playing video games, and visiting local craft-libations establishments.
One can describe me as a collaborative, strategic, and certified professional (PMP, Scrum Master, and Product Owner) with a proven track record as a dedicated stakeholder and customer advocate. I work well within an structured or Agile high-ambiguity environment with an innate ability to drive strategic direction for allocated programs and portfolios while at the same time mitigating risk. My ability to align with all levels of stakeholder, with skills straight from the PMBOK and the Agile Manifesto, ensure project delivery is aligned with organization needs, product vision, and departmental roadmaps. Some of my specialties include managing multiple IT and software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects concurrently with cross-functional teams both onshore and offshore. While being adept at monitoring burn down, tracking team velocity, and controlling outcomes by coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams as an Agile Coach.
As one of the many project managers and applications instructors throughout the world, I help products and folks achieve the best versions of themselves through extending my extensive life experiences to them. As a trainer, I engage with people of all roles and titles to support them in “making their mark” in their family, their organization, and in society.
I founded LifeCycle365, a spot to kindle and ignite thought among those that happen by and peruse the content and seeking results. I am committed to becoming the best he can be and taking everyone else along with me. When I have an audience I continually mention, when we experience successes in our lives to bring everyone else with us and never knock anyone down to gain personal notoriety.
